Copyright: R. Song protects his speech
The manager coach of the Indomitable Lions has obtained the certification of his famous formula on danger, from the African Intellectual Property Organization (Oapi), and the Civil Society of The Rights of Literature and Dramatic Arts (Sociladra).

"When you know you're in danger, you're no longer in danger! It's when you don't know you're in danger, that's when you're in danger. That's what it's all about." This famous Rigobert Song Bahanag declaration is now a trademark protected by the African Intellectual Property Organization (Oapi), as well as the Civil Society of Literature and Dramatic Arts Rights (Sociladra). And it now belongs to the manager – coach of the Cameroon pennant team.

Rigobert Song and his lawyers have indeed proceeded to a complete and global protection of this slogan that has gone viral as a prelude to the return barrage of the 2022 World Cup which pitted Cameroon against Algeria in Blida on March 29. Thus, in addition to copyright, Song's famous theory of danger has been registered as a trademark for Class 25 goods (sports apparel) and Class 35 services (Advertisements) with Oapi and now gives it exclusive rights in member countries.
