The 22-year-old striker scored an impressive 20 goals last season in the Elite One Championship and guided his former side to an eight place finish.
“Today I say goodbye to AS Fortuna to start a new chapter but I take with me the memories, lessons and great moments”- Enow said in his emotional farewell message on his official twitter handle.
“I wish AS Fortuna much success for the future and thank the club for giving me the opportunity to sign for Cancun FC, a club to which I will do my utmost best for the trust they have given me”, he added.
He also says he is poised to keep up his fine form in the Liga de Expansion. He is expected to make his debut on August 17 when they welcome Alebrijes de Oaxaca on match day 8.
Cancun FC are currently 7th of an 18-club league with 11 points. They have won three games, drawn two and lost another two.
Enow’s move to Mexico is his third spell abroad. The former Dragon of Yaoundé forward has previously been on the books of Albania’s KS Kastrioti in 2018 and USL Championship side Las Vergas Lights FC in 2019.
